Wheeling Price Match Terms & Conditions

1. Current Pricing Required: The price match applies to the current price of the item on the requested redemption date at Okay Wheeling. Prices from past or future dates will not be honored.

2. Exact Match Only: The item must match precisely in all details, including strain, flavor, brand, size, dosage, and any other specifications.

3. In-Stock Requirement: The item being price-matched must be in stock at the competing dispensary. Substitutions or variations will not be accepted.

4. Licensed IL Dispensaries Only: Price matches are only honored for items sold by dispensaries licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

5. Limited Availability: The price match is valid only while supplies last upon your arrival at the store.

6. Okay Wheeling Location Only: Price matches are exclusively available at the Okay Wheeling location and must be redeemed in person.

7. Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide the competitor’s price listing at the time of redemption. Okay Wheeling reserves the right to photograph the listing and verify compliance with all conditions outlined above (1-6).
